The NCRLA Hospitality Summit Series: Greensboro Edition marks the launch of a new statewide, regionally focused engagement platform designed to connect restaurant and lodging leaders with the insights, resources, and relationships that matter most to their businesses.

This in-person summit will feature a moderated fireside chat with Sen. Phil Berger, offering attendees a valuable opportunity to hear directly from one of North Carolina’s most influential state leaders on the issues shaping the hospitality industry. Discussion topics will include workforce development, rising operating costs, tourism, and the role of state policy in supporting hospitality businesses across both urban and rural communities.

Following the fireside conversation, NCRLA leadership will provide updates on legislative priorities, industry economic trends and forecasts, upcoming events, and additional member benefits and resources. The program will conclude with a networking reception, allowing attendees to connect with peers, partners, and the NCRLA team.

Designed for both current members and prospective members, the Greensboro summit delivers practical insights, meaningful dialogue, and direct access to industry and policy leaders—reinforcing NCRLA’s commitment to supporting hospitality businesses throughout the Triad and across North Carolina.
