2025 ProStart Student Bootcamp-Charlotte
Hosted by the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association (NCRLA), this one-day ProStart Student Leadership Training is designed for high school students enrolled in the ProStart® culinary arts and restaurant management program. The event helps students strengthen their culinary and management skills through interactive, hands-on activities and team challenges.
Participation is open to all ProStart schools and students — you do not have to be planning to compete in the ProStart Invitational to attend. Breakfast and lunch are included with registration.
Objectives include:

Building practical skills in both culinary arts and restaurant management through engaging workshops and demonstrations

Developing teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills used in the hospitality industry

Learning how to prepare for ProStart competitions and gaining insight into the competition process
